Whole New Zealand Green Lipped Mussel. Other products claim they use the “extract”, which in some cases means the processor crushes the mussel, shell and all, and then “separates” the shell. Other processors simply extract the lipoid (oil soluble) fraction. While there are some benefits from the fatty acids present in the “lipoid fraction”, research has shown the freeze dried “whole” mussel is most beneficial. The whole mussel contains amino acids, polypeptides, long chain fatty acids, glycoproteins, polysaccharides, naturally chelated minerals, fatty acids, chondroitin sulfates and other glycosaminoglycans (GAGS), vitamins and nucleic acids.
Each bottle contains 180 gelatin capsules. Each capsule contains 500 mg of Green Lipped Mussel, 100 mg of Alfalfa Leaf and 1 mg of Cinnamon Oil.

Suggested use: take 2 capsules with each meal. Once results occur, reduce to 1 capsule with each meal (3 times a day). One bottle will last 15 days. 1 bottle, 90 capsules/bottle.
